The lodge Americanism committeee has the responsibility of maintaing the lodge parade flag as well as educating the area youth about Americanism & Patriotism.

The lodge has a 30'x40' Parade flag that is carried in area parades. We are always looking for volunteers to help carrying the flag.

Americanism Essay Contest
- The 2022-2023 Elks Americanism contest is now open to all 5-8 graders. The topic is "What is your American Dream?" and the state winner will advance to the Grand Lodge Contest.
Lodge, District and State Winners receive cash prizes.
- Deadline for essays to be at submitted to the lodge is: December 15th, 2022
- New features in this year’s contest are:
1) Four separate divisions for 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grade students.
2) Awards for Each Grade Level the Grand Lodge Competition:
•$1,000 for 1st place
•$500 for 2nd place
•$250 for 3rd place
